Thermal Imaging

Energy Performance Certificates.
As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Thermal images can highlight the thermal weak
points in your home or building which lead to high energy loss, increased energy use, higher
bills and a greater carbon footprint.
Air Pressure Testing
As part of the government's pursuit for greater energy efficiency and the conservation of fuel and power, Building Regulations April 2006 part L1A stipulates that all new dwellings must demonstrate they are airtight to an agreed standard.
In order to comply with the regulations, all newly built homes must undergo a mandatory Air Permeability test prior to occupation. Tests must be carried out by an approved tester registered with the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT).
