EPC's - Energy Performance
Certificates
EU Energy Performance in Buildings Directive requires that all buildigs when sold or let
have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). This directive came in force in January 2006
and is being progressivly adopted in the UK.
Carbonlow is approved by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). National Energy
Services (NES) and Building Research Establishment (BRE) to provide domestic and commercial EPC's.
